This day was all about the bike and pedaling. With a headwind and hills to contend with I was still able to raise my head occasionally to appreciate the beautiful countryside we rode through.

Threw my chain, damn, but grateful to Richard who helped sort that out and to Peter and John who had a go at tweaking troublesome gears. Riding was so much better after all that was sorted. Total climb for the day 1100 meters - more tomorrow after a good night's sleep in Truro.
